Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes, all fragrances at Smile Perfumes are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations are common.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they must be shipped via ground transportation, which may take slightly longer than air mail.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15% concentration) and ideal for daily wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based fragrance products.
